"Those responsible for the murder of Patrolman Jairo Diaz, are criminals who should be punished"

This was stated by Vice President Angelino Garzon, knowing the murder of Patrolman kidnapped nine days ago north of the capital. He also called on the civil and military authorities to investigate and punish those responsible for the events that today mourn the National Police and the family of Jairo Diaz "I demand the full weight of the law against these criminals pay for their crimes, because this death will not go unpunished "stated the Vice Garzón.
"That those responsible for this crime understand that neither the Government nor the District Government or the National Police will passively accept this criminal act defiant population of Bogota and the Colombian state.
